IT wasn't meant to be racist - they just look like thugs. Because they happen to be black is irrelevant, it's just your racist mind reading into it what you want.

You wouldn't have claimed it was racist if it had been two ferret faced white youths from Liverpool, whose faces fitted the crime, would you?
What sort of human beings pimp out school children anyway? - not normal ones.

For those who are not too bright, like myself, the definition of Physiognomy :
1: the art of discovering temperament and character from outward appearance
2: the facial features held to show qualities of mind or character by their configuration or expression
3: external aspect ; also : inner character or quality revealed outwardly.
I think JonnyHungwell was suggesting that they look like a couple of nasty thugs, nothing else.
