Well by recording in the first place, she seems to have already suspected.

How will they prove it though - while i expect it is true i doubt the tape will be sufficient evidence? Also sounds like that boy needs serious help if hes doing stuff like this at such a young age, who knows where he'll get his kicks from in later years? Poor dog :-(

Maybe the young chap should get himself over to Sweden or Denmark after the case - it's still legal to shag dogs over there :) He could claim political asylum on grounds he's being persecuted as dog shagger in the UK.

Are the Sun just reprinting old stories? http://www.pcc.org.uk/news/index.html?article=NTMyMg==

The pcc link refers to a date of Aug 22 - wuff justice for the other Thomas Matthew Fletcher :)

Complainant Name:
Thomas Matthew Fletcher

Clauses Noted: 1

Publication: The Sun

Complaint:

Thomas Matthew Fletcher of Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, complained that an article which reported that a ?Thomas Fletcher of Tewkesbury Gloucs? had been charged with having sex with a dog would have misled readers to believe that he was the defendant in the case. In fact, he had no connection to the case which concerned another teenager from the same town, with the same name.

Resolution:

The newspaper published the following letter from the complainant to clarify the circumstances:

Further to your report (Aug 22) about someone who shares my name, lives in the same town and is charged with having sex with a dog, I would like to make clear that I am not involved in the case in any way. I accept the Sun's apologies for the distress caused to me and my family due to this confusion.

Thomas Matthew Fletcher

Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

The complaint was resolved on this basis.
