Several model agencies in Eastern Europe can not get me the big boob models I'm looking for.

I am therefore looking for local scouts who can help me place ads in local newspapers, magazines, websites and do some active scouting to find new talent, young women from at least 18 years old with at least G-cup sized all natural boobs for modelling work.

Any scout will be payed when he or she has found a suitable candidate and after we have actually done a photo or film shoot with her.

They are available,with a little networking.I manage to find my own,without too much difficulty.However you need to walk the ground.Paying agents 'after they have found girls,and after you have shot them' will not encourage anyone,who is any good,to help you! I wish you luck.You need it!

No adult company pays any (amateur) scout any money up front to go out and look for new models. Only a reward after such a scout has actually found a suitable candidate and after she has actually done a photo or video shoot.

Professional model agents and agencies are charging an agent's/agency's fee on top of the model's fees. Usually that is %20.
They also do not get payed for looking/scouting for new models.

So you could combine your daily activities like going out, going to a pub or a supermarket, with looking for new talents and if you find someone suitable refer them to me.
If she's any good and after she has done a photo or video shoot you or any other scout will get a reward.

Another option for you is to set up your own official model agency.
If you then have any suitable models for me you can charge me an agency fee.
Of course I would then want a VAT invoice from you.

I'm also looking for people in Eastern Europe who can help me put ads in local newspapers, magazines and websites to look for new models.
They well get money to pay for those ads and money for their time and efforts.

I get the models I want in E Europe by networking with people I know there.That includes scouts.models and other industry professionals.It seems to work for me(at least!)

I'm happy for you, but I do not know anyone in Eastern Europe.
I only have communicated with a number of local model agencies who are not able or just not willing to help me.
As for scouts, I will not pay any money to anyone up front as I have no guarantee whatsoever that the person I will give money to will get me the models I'm looking for.
I want to have/see results before I pay.
