Fucking crazy aint it:
Don't send naked pictures of yourself to your boyfriend or you will probably be classed as a sex offender and could end up in jail (probably if the offence is commited by a boy).

By all means have underage sex and a kid the community and society will support you in this.

Have never understood how kids can have children and nobody questions why an offence has clearly been commited by two underage people.

Girl In Nude MySpace Pics Child Porn Arrest:

Ok this is weird..a 14 year old girl posts nude pics of herself on a social network site because she wanted her boyfriend to see them..Yes its wrong BUT this is hardly child pornography and it is evident of societys knee jerk approach to kids.

Such is this fear that people are even afraid to say kids are cute and gorgeous now because everyone will think you are a paedophile...What the hell is the matter with this world?????

Maye we should ban all pictures depicting children like naked cherubs and such.

If that girl goes down for 17 years then this world has oifficially lost the plot and its open season for all kinds of madness.

If anything the girl posting those pics was saying something about the younger generation that us adults should seriously pay attention to.

Maybe this sort of thing could be used to clear up torrent sites. I dread to think what is lurking on those things for free let alone a naked pic of a 14 year old.

Nudity is hardly porn (depending on what she was doing of course)

Ok first off this`ll probably come to nothing bar a slap on the wrist. If your 17 and take naked photos of yourself are you exploiting yourself? Why don`t they go after fucking Miley Cyrus too then?

Secondly have you visited any torrent sites? If you had then you`d know that the one thing they won`t touch with a hundred foot shitty pool and asbestos gloves is child porn or animal porn. They won`t allow the uploading on anything resembling kiddy porn. Any Traci Lords movies are a no no for the heat it`ll bring down. Stealing porn and hacking websites or stealing passwords the FBI don`t give a shit. But busting child pornographers gets them on the news.

Im sure you dont speak for all torrenting sites but the main ones Mr Chapel and for your information there has been cases that people have posted up illegal things such as slightly underage stuff but have got rid of it pretty sharpish...

The point being is no matter how fast they get it up there and the time it takes to receive a complaint, people could still download it with in that time.

Torrent sites have a lot to answer for and Im not just tlaking about a bunch of stolen porn here.

...But of course I will always lose an argument where justifying theft is concerned. Just depends how you look at it.

Im sure she did this out of youthful naivete number 6 but I find it really bizarre how she couldve got done for child porn posting pics of herself...Even if she was in the total buff.

When did nudity constitute porn?

The report didnt say she was committing a lewd act. It just said nude pictures.

If they don't clamp down on it, though, it'll only be a matter of weeks before adults start getting kids to do the posting of such pictures, rather like drug dealers use kids now, to avoid the law and only expose themselves to much lesser sentences.
