Goody's 'husband' to open restaurant 'in her name'

That twat who got married to Goody because a magazine was giving him money has announced he is to open a restaurant in her name, and name it after her. It will come as no surprise that he is presently in talks with various TV channels to have the whole thing filmed for a reality TV series. He will be limited when they can film him though as he is presently on curfew from 7.00pm to 7.00am each night after being released early from jail after whacking someone with a golf club. He may be returned to prison next week on another charge of attacking a taxi driver. But in the present climate, where coverage means respectabilty, and fame and infamy are now the same thing, this dickhead is a star - and a hero amongst the Jeremy Kyle viewing/celeb trash-mag reading public! Doesn't it just make you proud to be British...

Max,
You seem obsessed with celebrity culture. Almost every other thread you start refers to this topic. You're as obsessed as the fans and it seems the red tops and OK mags of the world are just as grateful to you for sales.
I spent ages on the Jade Goody thread defending her, and I had to google everything about her to back up my points. Why? Because unlike the haters on here, I knew fuck all about her due to ignoring every article written about the girl. I don't read OK, Heat, The Sun/Star/Daily Mirror etc. Any article on the BBC website was just not clicked on. My life was Jade Goody free for months and months while it seems your life was full of her. Why is that, Max?
How can someone like me know so little about her, or other celeb gossip, despite media coverage, yet that same stuff seems to follow you around so much you get angry and post your complaints here?
This boyfriend could have a talk show 3 times a day, everyday and I'd be ignorant of it. That's because I'm not interested in it and avoid it. In fact, now I think about it I've read more on Jade Goody through your posts here than all the national media put together! Your the OT's very own gossip columnist! Ha-ha!
I suggest getting a hobby or something and cancel the Heat/OK mag subscriptions if it gets you down. But then again that might be a little too obvious and sensible, yes?
I know I can count on your 'column', Max, to keep me up to date on all things celeb, and good luck with it. It might be your calling.

Sam, I might devote time to it but it is all to slag it off. If everyone in Britain who focused on all this focused on it in as negative a way as I do it would all disappear!

swampthing, I have never read any of those celeb trash mags but cant help seeing the covers when I go into Tesco's. Even if one ignores that imbecile Goody, one still knows about it!

You devote time to things just to slag them off?........ok! It can't be good for your mental health though, Max ? spending time on things you despise.
And, if everyone in Britain did what you did the sales of these mags/rags would rise, not fall. There's only one way to show your displeasure in this capitalist world and that's keeping your money in your pocket. OK magazine would drop z-list celebs like a shot if there was no money to be made.
