Incredibly, before and after shots. No joke.
Sadly for Rupert, the plastic surgery has had the same effect as Mickey Rourke: he no longer looks like himself:

I can't see the point of actors having surgery so they don't look like themselves any more. If I was a casting director and wanted Rupert Everett for a job, I'd want the guy who looked like Rupert Everettt, not that interchangeable California freak. Silly bastard.
