This is in the news today. Seventeen British tourists were arrested yesterday for dressing up as nuns and today they had their hearing in Court. This happened in Crete and the Greek authorities were none too pleased. Today the 17 men, still in their nun outfits, were taken from the cells and to the Court house. They were charged with 'misrepresenting a uniform'. They were all allowed to go free today. How weird is this? With all the dangers in the world they arrest, charge, and keep in cells overnight, 17 British men for pretending to be nuns. The world gets weirder by the day...

The 17 sound like a right bunch of chavvy cunts - they deserved arresting for that alone.

Perhaps they've got fed up of 'Brits on the piss', or maybe they don't fall for the "they're from another country, its their culture, we have to make allowances for them" like we do.

I'm surprised the footage of these people arriving at Court, and there is bound to be some film of it, hasnt become a YouTube hit!

The fact is that Greece is a traditional society, and they don't like to see religion being mocked.

Combine that with the fact that most British people who go on holiday in large groups tend to be morons - and the scene is set for trouble. These people were indeed morons, one was interviewed on the radio today. If they didn't deserve locking up for dressing as nuns, they deserved locking up for being the UK equivalent of white trash.
