The above website is offerering my DVDs for sale or exchange, titles above.
Can anyone give me some advice about how to stop them?

I don't think there's anything illegal about selling your used stuff. Manufacturers of all items would probably like to ban the sale of second hand goods, given the chance - it would do wonders for the sale of cars.

As long as they're not copies, I don't think there's anything you can do. I saw some mainstream dvds in the window of Oxfam the other day. And Ebay wouldn't exist if people couldn't sell on what they didn't want.
Plus sex shops do trade-ins all the time too.

It's a point that is never made with regard to illegal downloading. There has always been a secondhand record and book market. Nobody complained about lost revenues as a result of records and books being bought secondhand.

Why not just buy a disc and if you find it's a copy just report them to the Trading Standards people.

Thanks and of course it will be a copy. But the annoying thing is that if you put those tltles in Google his site comes up next to mine!
