They have let me down badly.........I believe they are a UK subsidiary of Vidshop, which info. had I had before purchase would have given me pause for thought.
I have given them till the end of the week to contact me before I inform their ISP, Trading Standards, the UN and anyone else I can think of.
So, no recommendation from me.

They invoice your credit card with the same name as Vidshop (Euromail) so i think there are just a front for Vidshop which is based in Holland. I got my order through in about 10 days. I think, just like Vidshop, orders generally generally get satisfied but some take a long time.
You might like to know that if you gave them your email address they will pass on your email address to a few others and you will get some porn spam. I also even got a small Videoplaza catalogue mailed to me a few weeks after my order turned up.

I forgot to say that Videoplaza i think mainly sell R18s which are illegal to send by mail order in this country but they get round this by shipping them from Holland.
You could probably buy the same films cheaper in Soho.

No catalogue yet, but the recent spammery increase is at least explained.
They mailed me this evening apologising, claiming that they had e-mailed at the end of July me say that the outstanding items were on back-order, the which I never received, and which also fails to explain their silence in the face of my 5 previous mails. Not good enough by a long chalk.
They are refunding my money, plus ?10......I will be watching next month's statement with more than the usual interest.

The illegality of postal R18s is in some doubt, the argument being that the proscription is against 'obscene material', which R18 stuff cannot, by definition, be.
And Soho is fine, as long as one lives in London: just try getting these in, say, Bradford.
