In my experience, ordering by post is the reliable option. I attempted one purchase online recently and had to re-submit credit card details by e-mail. This was never acknowledged and neither was an earlier query about an old tape. As a result I received none of the eight videos I was prepared to buy. I am not likely to try again. But, as I say, the old fashioned cheque through the post usually works and replies are as fast as the Royal Mail permits.

While your comments about postal ordering are true, I've never had a problem with card-processing online with FC.
Occasionally the order buttons stick, but only the first time.

I've found e-mailing Fiona@... works everytime.

OK you dont get a e-mail back saying thanks, but I've ordered on a Tuesday evening, and I've been 'watching' them on the Friday morning. I've done this 5 times in 3 years. No probs.

You should ALWAYS receive a receipt by e-mail.
