This happened last Thursday but news was only released today. The biggest jewel heist in British history EVER! I'm amazed they got away, that area has very narrow streets which are often clogged up with traffic - the 'getaway car' idea (something common in American movies) would work well if you want to escape from a suburban industrial estate and you happen to be near motorway networks, but from the heart of the West End is crazy. They were lucky not to get stuck in a traffic jam within 100 yards of the place. People who commit massive heists like this ALWAYS get caught, and they have clear shots of their faces on CCTV anyway. They are probably regretting doing it already. They can run but they cant hide.

A Serb gang has done pretty well at this sort of thing around Europe(although some weere recently arrested in Monaco).The black guy is probably from USA.

Second time ? Suggests they didn't assess the risks thoroughly enough after the first time ?

Prostetic faces, it has been claimed they were wearing so the two robbers are going to be very difficult to track down. It said on the news today someone had been arrested and bailed, but I didn't hear much else. As I said earlier I was amazed they had the audacity to do it in the West End and to try and escape by car.
