There is a certain poster on this forum who leases mail drops on the South Coast. Perhaps he will email you to discuss. Then again pigs might fly.
Do the catalogues/flyers resemble another well known firm from the South Coast. Obviously I will not name the company or the forumite who owns it but I think I know who you suspect jj. If this gentle nudge does not work then you should contact the (just edited my own post as I dont want to upset thingamyjig)
