Miming on Jools Holland 'live'...

This 'live' show, which has always prided itself on being a REAL music show, just featured that bombo Shakira who MIMED! Why do the BBC do this?

Even if the sound was rubbish, the integrity of it was still there. I can imagine the BBC getting many complaints about the 'singer' Shakira and her 'singing' on tonights show.

I thought the idea was they only had acts that could 'walk the walk' on it, so the miming dancers didn't get on by default?

It seems they are trying to be more inclusive and inviting people who would only appear on top of the pops in the old days,a case of dumbing down maybe.
