Yet rather than spend the rest of your life preaching love and understanding, we find you here. Was there not an overwhelming sense of transcendent peace? Did you not realise your own immortality?
Perhaps it was indigestion?

That's just nearly dying. A near death experience has to enlighten you and remove your fear of death (because you've seen through the illusion).
Near death experience is a spiritual experience. "Feeling strange" for a split second doesn't quite qualify - IMHO.
