Knocked out Nick demands a re-match

After a disastrous appearance on last night's Question Time, Nick Griffin has complained about being the victim of a "lynch mob" and demanded a re-match.
Having shared a platform with David Duke, a Ku Klux Klan leader, I would have thought that Knocked Out Nick would know all about lynch mobs but I digress. (That was the photo that Dimbleby displayed by the way before all the "Where's the proof posts come in")
I thought he was shite last night, but I never believed for a moment that Nick would agree with me and demand a re-match.
So fellow forumites, should Nick :
a. Be allowed a re-match to see if he can do any better?
b. Take the Ricky Hatton option, sit at home, enjoying the multi-culturalism of Eastenders and watch City home games?
Mind you, according to today's Daily Star, even his wife seems to regard Griffin as a tosser, so option b. mightn't be possible.
Its a funny old world.

I didn't see it last night and I've only seen clips on the news but regardless of my beliefs I don't have a problem with him reappearing. He was elected so he, or more importantly the people who elected him, deserve to be treated the same as any other party.
There's no such thing as bad publicity.

Looked a bit of a two trick pony, and with the 2nd trick not too dissimilar to the first...Loved the bit where he said " i cant explain why i said that" and " i cant explain why i changed my view since then"When Dimbleby was qouting him,and asking him to show where he was misqouted-he simply couldnt..Pure Tv gold that and Not exactly an intellectual powerhouse............ Having said that, the fact the two main politcal parties refuse to openly debate uncontrolled immigration and what it means to your local school, housing, etc etc doesnt help any... and this is exactly why the Bnp polled so many votes in europe-Surely Being concerned about immigration doesnt make you racist? ...... PS... Anybody on here actually voted for the Bnp.. and if so,why exactly?

Hi
I agree with your comments on the other political parties. Jack Straw was at his weakest when he talked about immigration.
The Lib Dem guy was correct when he said the Labour government hugely underestimated the number of Polish migrants, once Poland joined the EU. What the Labour government should have done was introduce limits on the number of Polish people coming into the country for say, 10 years, as a number of other EU countries did.
Having said that, certainly in the Blackpool area I get the impression that the majority of the Poles have gone back home, simply because the pound has dropped against the zloty and there are far fewer jobs around. This aint scientific but I rarely hear Polish spoken now, whilst a couple of years ago, I heard it all the time.
You're right about the programme, Nick Griffin was priceless. It may be me, but dont you think he looks a bit swarthy...maybe a touch of Turk somewhere along the line, lol?
Cheers

yes, but not just poles... We have alway accepted immigrants in,its the sheer numbers that are the problem, not so much where they are from....... maybe the poles heard about the plan to bulldoze blackpool.. isnt it funny how people with money immigrate OUT of the uk!! Griffin reminded me of that old Charles Loughton hunchback of Notre Dame, which would make him French i believe?
