I think some girls get into porn and think they'll do nothing more than the kind of thing they've done in their private lives. If asked at that time whether they would be into doing certain other, more extreme, things they would say no. I think it's like anything in life - the excitement, novelty factor or strangeness of any activity wears off after a while. The mode in porn is to produce ever harder content in the naive belief that this will in itself sell. However, whatever depths are plunged to produce harder stuff, they'll be someone who produces something even, "Harder". So it all becomes like some nasty, "Cirque du Bizarre", with the girls somewhere in the middle.
