Not being able to enter page.

Hi,Chaps...any help please.
Why cannot I all of a sudden not view someone's pages on a photographic site,yet everyone else can.The site itself I can view...
When I tap in 'members name' Im getting an error appear.
Nothing has change,the webmaster says his site is there,also the person can also still view the contents.
Tried everything possible-with no avail.Any explanation?
