Young people i know are our future, allright aside from the chav girls and the prima donnas and those on social security , but last night i was chatting to a couple of French girls in London who seemed to have a very good grasp as to what is going on in the world and were both very friendly, these girls are hosted on a student exchange scheme which apparently happens between a lot of eec countries, but am i paying for this through my taxes ie: EEC taxes, students going abroad and having a good time whilst i can barely afford to pay my bills and have to keep working hard to make ends meet, surely this cant be right making the older horses work longer so the young can go on junketts !sad!

I imagine the thinking is that when these people get older they will be paying a lot of tax to make up for it. The straight swap between our lot going to other countries and their lot coming here means people in Europe fund their boys and girls enjoying the UK and we fund ours to go there. Post-grad and they will supposedly pay so much tax from their executive jobs that it will more than outweigh the relatively small amount spent to enable them to do that thing now.
