Max - I feel the same way as you about this stuff, but it might play straight into their hands to oppose them on this occassion. They want anti-Muslim protests to give them something to fight against.

The best outcome might be for them to have their obnoxious fucking little march and for no crowd to gather or take any notice. Their claims of suppression and persecution then fall flat.

Sorry, didn't see this post before I posted mine. My inclination is that these nutty clerics announce these ideas merely to cause outrage but knowing full well that they wouldn't dare actually go through with it.

When I am in Hungary, I am forced to watch France24 news, on the Hot Bird satellite, on this station ,you'd think the whole World is in flames with every Muslim cleric preaching death and destruction to all who, "Defile the teachings of Islam". What's funny however on the same satellite there are nearly 200 stations offering all sorts of "Sexy Lady" or "Hot Arab Lady" stuff direct to the Middle East.

The thing is Reggie is that the Army are a non-political body, if people are against those two wars, as everyone was, it is the Government who people should have an issue with. I believe that everyone who lives in this country and takes money, protection, etc, from it, should have loyalty to it. If I settled abroad, and became a naturalised citizen, I would have loyalty to that place and give up any loyalty or association (as far as partonage is concerned) to Britain.
