Strip Clubs

Hey does anyone know of any cool strip clubs, with American style stage shows.
Every club I've been to over here is all just about girls getting you to buy lap dances. Sometimes I just wanna sit down, have a beer and enjoy the show without getting pestered all the time, like in the States.

Im not a fan of lap dancing either.
I used to like the older style strip pubs with the jug collection and the odd bit of punter interaction.

Take no notice of Reggie Perrin.
I have the book he refers to in front of me now (both editions) and the comments he attributes to the book do not appear in there.

Thanks for the info fellas, it sounds pretty good. I have to go down to Soho for research purposes, so I'll have to check it out and write my own review!
