There have been many debates on here about immigration into the UK, but when you read things like this you can understand WHY people get annoyed.

A guy comes here from Iraq, MURDERS two HNS doctors, but when we try to send him home a judge rules "he could pose a danger to people in his homeland" so he has to stay.

The tribunal also said "deportation would also breach his human rights."



This is one of those cases that beggers belief and shows why this country is quickly dropping down to 3rd world levels.

And to think I used to love this country.

Guilbert, your so wrong. Had this been a third country we would have just taken him out and shot him for doing these murders. The last thing we want to do is deny him his human rights, so follow this reasoning:

The man killed these people after he received a command from Allah. He obeyed this order and is now mighty in the sight of Allah and is therefore eligible to become a martyr (ie, we take him out and shoot him). It seems to me that we are taking away his human rights by not allowing him to become a martyr.

Perhaps this argument will work with all the failed suicide bombers, give them their wish and let them become a martyrs.

I wouldn't be surprised if he refuses to take his medication because it's against the wishes of Allah and kills some more people. Just the sort of guy the modern legal system needs to supply lots of lucrative business.

'Human rights' only seem to apply to those who least deserve any.

We're doomed. I feel genuinely sorry for the next generation. I also think we are grossly dishonouring the sacrifice of millions of our citizens in 2 World Wars. They died for what exactly?

So one immigrant was a psychopath? How does that justify getting annoyed at immigration as a whole?

Harold Shipman was a psychopath too but he doesn't justify people being annoyed by all doctors.
