Here's something to make you vomit. The Halifax, in a pathetic attempt to make themselves appear like fun loving normal folk and not the bloated, greedy, money grabbing bastards that they are, presents:

If they want to portray banks accuarately in ads then they should show a rapist attacking and raping some poor defenceless women and then ask for the cab fair home.

Having worked in a bank(in australia)that lost 3.1 billion dollars back in the late 80s/early 90s and was bailed out by our state govt all I can say is we never learn
Expect more of those cringeworthy adverts
Maybe an advert of all the excutives responsible being hung, drawn and quartered would do their profile good but then there are more where those lemmings came from
I doubt we'll ever learn but then capitalism isnt set up forthe nice smooth ride to the finish line so we get the extravagant highs and the woeful lows

Jim,
You're watching far too much TV. As the most sexually active old codger on the planet you doubtlessly need to rest some times between your rampant rogering of nubile lovelies (not to mention the lovely Lara) but don't let the ads wind you up - it might affect your performance and, as the torch bearer for the male wrinklies of this world, that would never do.
As far as banks are concerned they are money grabbing bastards with no morals and many of their senior executives should be in jail.
I'll know the world has changed for the better when I see ads that show pictures of bank executives who have been sent to jail holding placards which say "thief" with a voice over saying "It's not a question of if we find you but when. Banking practices are a crime against us all".

Yes, you are right, I am turning into "Mr Angry", luckily I live in Budapest most of the time, where the only TV choices for us are, Al Jazeera and The Pentagon Channel and I am far too "Busy" to be bothered anyway!wink!
Anyway here's a fun spoof ad:

Luckily I just got asked for some feedback regarding a Halifax ad on a Yahoo page, the ad sort of looked like their old favourite 'Howard' turning an old fashioned laundry wringer showing off all the lovely offers from said bank.
I had to give them an honest opinion!

An awful add but almost a masterpiece compared the cock sniffing twat on the "Gocompare" ads. They are seriously painful.
