The so called parents should be made responsible. I can't own a fucking dog without a license, and if I mis-treat it they can take it off me and jail me.
I say - Dog licenses for children. If you couldn't look after them, you could have them put down or used for medical experiments.

Them 10 year old little bastards knew that they were wrong in that they tried to cover up their deeds by putting poor little James on a rail line hoping that a train would dismember him so badly that their crime would be hidden.
I do not advocate hanging for these shits as they were, but I do for adults.
These little bastards should never have been let out of the pokey and all of the bleeding heart fucking liberal do gooders need a sever rifting.

The Normans had a law Noli Praxis when they ruled England that a child under the age of fourteen did not know what they were doing. Under twelves should not be prosecuted at all.

Where children grow up in an environment without rules, aspiration, role models etc and there is no thought of consequences, they grow up wild.... Then they become adults ,with no aspirations,no thought of consequences or consideration to people so, a) Parents have alot to answer for and b) children need be taught by someone(if not the parents) that Their actions have consequences.......

Have you ever gotten angry over something where it hasn't led to fantasies of shooting people, public executions and violence?
Have you ever read back your own posts and thought 'I need help.'?

If we're not careful these bleeding heart liberals will have it that no one under the age of 21 should be prosecuted!
When I was 10 I knew what was right and what was wrong in the society that I was growing up in because my parents brought me and my brothers up correctly, as I have done with my children, to know the difference between right and wrong.
The fact that Venebles and Thompson were dragged up by incompetent parents should not preclude the fact that what they did was wrong and they needed punishment.

I actually enjoy RoddersUK s post now.
I'm picturing him looking like Step Toe with a blunderbust waiting to put some buck shot in some local scally wags ass like Clint Eastwood.
Thing is....
These negative posts are reflective of a lot of peoples views and porbably expalin why there is such a generation gap between the younger and the older counterparts.
Its such a steretype to see all youthful exhuberances as acts of crimianl behaviour.
Yes I agre there are some very naughty scallywags out there but most of them can be reached out to with a bit of communication.
You'd be surprised how respectful some of them can be if engaged in conversation. Not all of them will jump you and bash your head in with a brick and if they do attempt to, get the biggest of the bunch and hold him up by his buster browns and let him know who the daddy is.
Sometimes thats all it takes to let em know you dont cut no fuckery.
Also helps to have an engaging personality and a sense of humour too
