Have just had my most recent letter of complaint to O-1 returned by Royal Mail as undeliverable.

Are Oscar 1 the same bunch as NCV. I seem to remember they (NCV) shared a phone number with another company possibly Oscar 1.
I too have sort after one of those fabled HCC catalogues and beleive it or not I did get one recently! PR Mann must have decided to pop into work that day.
