Why would you need an emergency budget? Surely after 13 years of Labour the UK should be in a fabulous financial position. But you probably will have riots - socialists have no respect for democracy and free expression and can't abide 'incorrect' election results.

The Tories may well be back, but only as a minority government* which I doubt will last more than 18 months. Given the savage cuts they will implement (and the industrial unrest that will cause... firemen, nurses, teachers etc on strike) whilst giving tax breaks to the rich (just where is this money coming from when they have a deficit to plug?) they'll lose that election, and Labour, under a new leader (Johnson? Milliband? Balls?) will be returned to power.
* Clegg and Cameron won't do a deal because Tories will never agree to PR, while a Lab/Lib Dem pact isn't enough to secure a majority
