T-shirt printers

Doe anybody know of a good, uk based, on demand t-shirt printer? Something like Cafepress but not based in the USA. I've tried using Spreadshirt but they keep removing designs quite randomly, for odd reasons. I just had one removed for using "a copyrighted image" which was a fucking map of Antarctica. What do they expect me to do, fly over the fucking continent in a balloon and sketch my own map?
It needs to be a site like that where I can upload designs and add my own commission, so there are no costs to me. I've had batches made up by screen printers in the past and can't afford the outlay, or to sit around like a cunt on unsold piles of shirts.
