photography Q: re: lights/flashes

HELP!

I need a sync chord with both ends the same, and a short version and a long version. See gallery above. I have a canon 450 d and the male end of the sync doesn't seem to fit into the cord hole, but the 2.5 mm or 3.5mm (whatever it is) fits into it, so both ends need to be the same. 2.5/3.5 mm

Also above is a picture of the flash (bought on ebay)

I got

2 x 300W Strobe light
2 x 50W Modeling Lamp

and would like an online place to get spares at a good price. Thanks a million.

ps the camera I have is a canon 450 d and I just found this, so it might do the trick



as a short cable.

My suggestion would be to get yourself a radio trigger instead of sync leads.

You're not then tied to the length of the lead (whether it's the long or short one).

Have a look here before you make a decision.

Hi, I have a remote, but I just need a 2.5mm to a 2.5 mm short lead to go ifrom the remote on the camera to the side of the camera.

I think i found what i'm looking for on ebay, see previous post.
