A quick question,what is the length of a video you can submit to people like YouTube etc.any restrictions on timing...

10 minutes was the last I knew but this is in their FAQs on uploads on the site.

Ive seen running times of 15 minutes so who knows? Read their info

It would appear to be a 10 minute limit:

I've seen videos of more than hour and a half for longplays of computer games.
