Giving Nuclear Power our taxpayers money

So Pakistan blows several billion of foreign aid on setting up a nuclear weapons programme and goes cap in hand as soon as a natural disaster happens. I am appalled at the devastation these floods have caused but no way should British money be going to Pakistan. If you can afford to join the most exlusive club on earth then look after your own people first.
