Certainly. As long as they can be locked up and prevented from killing other innocent individuals, why resort to more killing?
My nan always used to say to me as a kid "two wrongs don't make a right." Was she wrong?

Hi Sam,
Sometimes I just think of the victims and want revenge.When people are so evil then I would be quite content to see their lives ended.I have no difficulties with this and as I press the trapdoor,fire the gun,press the syringe,pull the switch etc I would remember the innocents and the pain they went through before their life was snuffed out.I would also remember the pain of those that loved them left behind.I agree that killing is wrong but if it was not for these scum then thre would be no killing.

I think 'two wrongs dont make a right' is a pretty decent philosophy to try to live by.
