Hi,
I read on this site some time ago that people were experiencing difficulties with there orders. I am now in the same boat. I sent an order to their Amsterdam office enclosing a postal-order for personal reasons. I have not had the promised confimation of order or advice of despatch. I sent an e-mail last week to them which has been ignored. Have they ceased trading,
totally shit at their job or a bunch of crooks ??? The order dated from 18/9 and the DVD was supposed to be in stock.
Spazz.

I'd doubt their out of business but a simple search on google turns up some reviews which leave you in no doubt it will be awhile
The fact you sent an order probably will add to the delay
My guess its a small outfit under manned
reminds me all too often of the Ads placed by companies in phone books which make them sound like the best of the best only to find out its a one man operation who cant keep up with demand
Dont know how accurate these details are

Extremely bad experience with this company
Their website looks great, however everything else is extremely bad. I ordered 2 DVDs around 3 weeks ago of which one couldn't be delivered in over a full month (to be delivered within 28 days). Blissbox.com couldn't refrain to draw the full amount of money from my credit card anyway. The other DVD was confirmed as to be delivered "within 7 working days", but guess what - no sight of anything after 10 working days.
Communication with this company is just not possible, all emails will be ignored or even deleted unread. Whatever you ask or request, you won't get a response.
I will contact my bank to claim the money back and never order again.
Another bad thing: the email address I used for ordering started to receive Dutch porn spam after the order and Blissbox is a Dutch company - can't prove that though.
However, think twice before you place an order. I won't do it again.

I am sorry you have not had a response to your e mail enquires, I have forwarded your request to enquiries and they will look into it. Please also e mail
magnus@blissbox.com with your name and address so we can see if you postal orders have arrived, and if the order has been placed or not.
You are the second complaint on this forum today, which leads me to believe we might be experiencing problems receiving e mails. Our IT guys are looking into it immediately.

I am sorry you have been ignored, we will investigate what is going wrong with customer services immediately, our customers are the life blood of a company, and we believe strongly in looking after then at all costs. All e mails received are replied to, so I am worried we are not receiving all the e mails that are being sent to us. We will look into it.

Although it's been a long time since I've used them, I have to say, when I did, I had absolutely no problems with Blissbox and would, at the time, have been happy to recommend them to anyone.
I was struggling to find a film once, that wasn't listed on their site, as well but thought I'd ask if they knew where I could get a copy of it from anyway.
Not only did the reply within days, they also contacted their suppliers, got the film for me and added it to their stock.
Like I said its been ages since I used them but as far as my own experience goes I'd say they were a top company.

I totally agree Andy. I've never had anything but top notch service from Blissbox, and in my opinion they are one of the three best online suppliers, along with YC and STB.

Many thanks to all who replied. In the past I have had no problems until now. It would seem the majority of you have had bad experiences and you can be sure I will be contacting "Zorro" and "Magnus" to express my bad feelings!!! Will keep you posted guys.
