Gaddafi plans pre-emptive attack on London!

Has anybody heard about this? Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, has intercepted US coded broadcasts and revealed, "Col Gaddafi is apparently submerged somewhere in the English Channel planning a missile strike on London." He added, "The picture below was taken last week in his compound in Tripoli, however observers have now discovered that the craft is now missing, along with Libya's crazed leader who is "Hellbent" on revenge against David Cameron!"

I don't think the colonel's going to take much notice of the disclaimer at the bottom of the 'do-it-yourself' submarine article requesting readers to "follow all laws and regulations"!
