I was also going to say Louise Leeds, I think that Woodgnome is correct in his hazy recollections.

I've been searching for this lovely lady for ages- it was not Louise Leeds. 'Tricia' was a Brummie, judging from her accent, and did very little video work apart from that. Some magazine work; her archive shots pop up- and out- in 40+ from time to time.
