Actually there's nothing inept about the French forces and when comes to dealing with Africa thet know their stuff.

As for their presence I'm glad they have had the courage to go in there as its not for any oil reserves.

As a keen world service radio listener the Islamic scourge has/is crawling all other Africa and I for one didn't think anyone would do anything so well done our galic cousins!

Oh yeah and another difference is that the people wanted their involvement.
