Girls Aloud split years ago, they just reformed for the recent tour. For them to imply they've been together all these years, and were just on a kind of hiatus, is false. They've been together for the last 10 years like the Rolling Stones have been together for the last 50 years.

Girls Aloud are also not very young anymore. Kimberley and Sarah are both 32 later this year. Cheryl is about to turn 30 and Nadine and Nicola are both about two years behind Cheryl. They are over the hill for a girl band. If there is the demand they will reform and do another tour in a few years time, so this 'split' in 2013 is not the end.

Sarah will go back to occasional film work.
Kimberley will go back to doing theatre stage work.
Cheryl will go back to being a tabloid and magazine favourite.
Nadine will go back to working in Starbucks.
Nicola will go back to working in McDonalds.

One can only hope they had the smarts to put enough money aside for shoes and handbags as those things are very important to girls

A truly great day for "music"!!! If only Simon Cowell would kill off his TV shows and we could return to bands with real talent. My friend has a theory that Cowell could get Gary Glitter back in the charts, people are that gullible.

Surely if one of them has split you can take it back to the shop and get another one ? !wink!
