Alex Bakara is a pseudonym of Gerard Kikoine.
This is like Tale of Tiffany Lust/Journal intime d'une jeune nymphomane and
Enquetes, another French X w American actors.
Sure, Serena(Blackburn) did more movies in France...
The American actress here is Sharon Cain/Kain/Kane.
the other actors are Joey Silvera and Eric Edwards.
the French Cast:
- Marilyn Jess(the only one mentioned on imdb)
- Julia Perrin(she did Love Dreams around that time in the US)
- Cathy Stewart
- NO ID?
and more,
Males:
- Dominique Aveline
- Ghislain van Hove
- Jean-Louis Vattier
more unidentified blokes..
Story: Joey & Eric get to Paris without any money, they get invited to a house by a french guy, inside they quickly meet Cathy Stewart and other.
Each checks out the local hospitality in a different room.
Then follows a scene w one of them w the girl on the coverart,
dunno who is, brown haired girl w nice tan.
Later on they start to work for a sexshop, they find a nympho who wants to have sex w them in the basement, they go pluck 'strangers' from the street to keep the orgy going...
end of story.

the other girl at the beginning was Elisabeth Buret or Bure.
the tanned girl, i still don't know..
any suggestions.
it would be easier if the names were by decennia.
this site also really need some entries by director.
imdb is such a drag,w all the pop-ups.

In a french mag (Cine eros star) I have read that "les clientes" was signed by Kikoine (because of the production) but was not directed by Kikoine himself (?)

Are you talking about capturing video stills on your PC?
If so, if you can already play a video tape to your PC, you should already have a capturing program that came with the hardware. If you can't do this, you need to buy hardware. PCTV (a German make, as is its rival whose name I forget) costs something in the region of 50 or 60 pounds in the UK. Since you need to get the card and leads, the idea of a free program doesn't apply.
If you are talking about capturing stills from DVD, then again, if you can play them on your PC, the software probably allows capturing. Power DVD does, anyway. Not sure if there are free programs out there.

Tucows is always a good place to search for freeware and shareware.

I've been looking for a copy of this film, since i 'm a fan of both U.S. and European classics, and i love seeing the films that mix the American and European performers, like the French films with Serena (Les Nymphomanes; Le Droit de cuissage; Le Retour des veuves; and Accouplements pour voyeurs). A fifth French Serena film i'm still looking for is Parties carr?es campagnardes.
Anyway, i discovered an American film called "Extremes" (1981) listed at iafd with the alternate title "Les Clientes, " so i rented it. It has the same director, Alain Vydra, but an all-American cast, which happens to include the three Americans listed at egafd in the real Les Clientes. Extremes has a similar theme to the description of Les Clientes, namely that the Americans Eric Edwards and Joey Silvera pose as film producers in order to get laid by numerous women. But in Extremes, most of the action takes place in and around San Francisco, with one brief scene in Hamburg.
My guess is that both films were probably made around the same time, and that Vydra used the three Americans in his French production either just before or just after making the American film. Here's the iafd listing for Extremes:
http://www.iafd.com/title.asp?title=Extremes&year=1981
Does anyone know anything more about either of these films? And does anyone know where i might find or look for a copy of the real Les Clientes? Cheers.

Since i posted above, i 've learned that 'Les Clientes' is actually the sequel to 'Extremes,' as evidenced by the German titles of the two films, which are respectively 'M?dchen, M?dchen, M?dchen' 1 & 2. I just picked up a copy of Teil 1, which matches my copy of 'Extremes' except for the soundtrack and opening credits. The credits, btw, give the title as 'Girls, Girls, Girls,' which imdb mistakenly lists as a different film than 'Extremes,' but with very little info and the cover from an Elvis Presley film by the same name.

Followup: I finally picked up a copy of M?dchen, M?dchen, M?dchen 2, and it is indeed a sequel to EXTREMES and matches the description of Les Clientes. Would still love to find a copy of the French original if it exists, just for comparision.
A few observations:
Joey Silvera gets the majority of the action in this one, with Eric Edwards far behind.
In the German version, we get to hear the voiceover pronounce Richard Lemeiuvre's name in French. His character is listed as 'Richard Lumi?re', presumably in the original French version, but the German dubbing gives the actor's nom de porn instead.
One of the hottest scenes, IMHO, is the one with two unknowns, referred to in the egafd description as 'Richard then rings up another guy who is occupied with a beautiful blonde.' Does anyone recognize either of the performers?
If anyone has a copy or knows where i can find one of the original French Les Clientes, please email me. I have lots of European and even more American classics to trade. Cheers.
