HOW DO I VIEW FILES WITH A MOV EXTENSION - I DONT HAVE ANY SOFTWARE ON MY PC TO WATCH IT ON

You might want to be careful on install to keep an eye on what you agree to. Also, what is "default" w/ Quicktime; all you really need is mov. & Quicktime trailers AFAIK.
I think Irfanview also supports mov., tho it does not support RealPlayer Video.
