I dont know how the fucka,s stay in business!!, (well I do, there is no other choice on the high st) as shaun say,s, order onlne save time and money, and the risk of a hospital food when you try to complain.
I do remember 3/4 years ago, someone got ripped off in a Town fairly near me, they steamed back in with several friends, and stripped the shop bare, including the cctv! what a way to do business.
Can you Imagine a private shop with, coffee, tea, helpful friendly staff, male and female, offering advice on the weeks new picks, private viewing facilities, loyalty cards? No niether
can I.

I can assure you that products from Cathy/Pumpkin are always of high quality. If you have a faulty disc then its probably a one off. I can honestly say that the vhs tapes I have seen from Cathy are the best and sharpest picture quality in all my years of porn buying (and a couple of presents from Cath-thanks Cathy). Still using the keyring BTW.

PS Is it not better to take up a complaint with the retailer before moaning on a public forum? I never gripe about any company until they ignore my complaints.

Yeah, a faulty DVD purchased from a Private shop is nothing to do with Cathy Barry - even though she may be in it. If you have a problem with merchadies from a retailer you have to take it up with that retailer. It's not anyone else's responsibility.

Officer Dibble - He knows a thing or two about retail.

Yes Ossifer Dibbs. Thats what I wished to say but you took the words right out of my mouth (along with my shoe-laces, belt and watch).

Buy direct from Cathy and cut out shops owned by DS.

Now I would hate to disappoint JJ and Butsie and Cornish Chris and Crimpo by forgetting to mention Cathys lovely shiny black hair. So I just did.

Brings me back to the topic from yesterday. The big German shop I mentioned had very similar facilities and very nice it was too.
