I will pick up from this old post and provide additional information.

I don't know what was in the original Italian version, but I will describe the Anabolic VHS version that was released sometime in 1998-1999 (the original Italian language-track was left untouched in the Anabolic version) with a running length of about 113 minutes.
Basically the premise of the film is that of young SimonaValli who is left a large inheritance by her recently deceased aunt.
Scene 1: Outdoors, against a high white wall Simona Valli and her cousin Gianfranco (Christophe Clark, billed as Cristof Clark) have quick tryst. This scene is intercut with a young girl with reddish hair in a blue dress (referred to in IAFD as 220772-A, who I will refer to "A" for expediency)

sitting on a living room couch watching a tape or TV program of a dark-haired girl (in IAFD as 220772-B, who I shall refer to "B") masturbating (Scene 2).

This sets "A" also masturbating. The Valli/Clark scene is brief and it only involves bj, with Valli quickly interrupting the action declaring that it is late and she has to go see her aunt (who we shall see in Scene 3 is none other than "A"!)
Scene 3: Valli comes to see her aunt "A" (who appears to be younger than Valli). "A" asks Valli whether she is still a virgin and asks to see her pussy. Simona comes through with and old promise that she made to "A" that she will give up her virginity only to her, and so they perform a lesbo scene. This scene is intercut with Scene 4
Scene 4: Gianfranco, pissed off at Valli by not letting him screw her, picks up a blonde prostitute (Anita Rinaldi) off the street in his car and takes her to her pad, and they have sex on a bed in various positions (anal, facial).
Scene 5: Back in his apartment, Gianfranco gets an unwelcome visit from two guys (Philippe Soine, John Walton) and a girl (Thunde Johnson: http://egafd.com/actresses/details.php/id/t00036) who have come to collect some unpaid debts and threaten him with a gun. They give him 24 hours to pay up and to bring the money (30 million lire) at the garage. Gianfranco plans to get the money from the newly turned rich cousin Simona.
Scene 6: While the 3 debt collectors wait at the garage they have a 3-way (anal). This scene is intercut with a bedroom scene (between "A" and Valli , as well as "A" and Franz) . "A" is bored and wants to have her pussy licked some more by Valli (Scene 7). When "A" quickly tires of that, she dismisses Valli and calls over a young blond guy named Franz (who suspiciously looks like a young Bob Terminator, and perhaps some one can clarify/confirm) and they have sex (she jerks him off on her chest) (Scene 8)

Scene 9: Gianfranco explains his predicament to Simona, who agrees to lend him the money. She gives him a bj on a stairway and he cums all over her tongue.
Scene 10: As Simona and Clark are saying goodbye outside, Soine and Walton have returned to renew their threats and tell Simona to deliver the money at the garage later that night.
Scene 11: Simona delivers a suitcase full of money to the two thugs, but it is not enough (they want an additional 10 million lire). They set their sights on her, but she pleads to be left alone as she is a virgin. So she lets them fondle her ass, gives them a bj and lets them cum on her breasts.
Scene 12: Gianfranco is relaxing in his bathtub when Simona returns and tells him the money was not enough. She finally decides to have her cherry popped by Gianfranco. and they have vaginal and anal sex inside and on the side of the bathtub (he cums all over her open mouth). In return for her virginity and help, Simona asks Gianfranco to murder her aunt so she can gain quick access to her inheritance. It is not really clear in what way her aunt stands in her way of getting at her inheritance.
Scene 13: Simona hands Gianfranco a knife and tells him to kill her aunt. When he returns with the bloodied knife, she tells him to go to the bathroom to wash it off, and as he turns his back to her, Simona shoots him in the back. She calls the police to report a double homicide. There is a further reading of the will and it is not clear whether Simona was daydreaming and plotting the whole thing (on how to get her inheritance) or whether this was the outcome of the two murders. In any event the next scene (scene 14) shows Simona in an outdoor pool with two males (one of them being long and curly-haired Frank Gun, the other I don't know) (DP).

This scene seems to suggest she is now free to enjoy her new wealth.
Perhaps the original Italian version may have differed is some respect with this Anabolic VHS version, and if that is the case perhaps someone can provide some brief outline of the different scenes. Also if some one can ID the other performers it would be appreciated.

Although I earlier indicated that it was released in USA by Anabolic (in VHS format) around 1998-99, from reading this AVN review:

it appears the release date was even earlier (sometime in 1994).

Can't help much as I only have the re-release [Ricca Vergine], but I agree that's
the young Terminator.

OK can you briefly describe what is the (italian) re-release.
What was chopped off? Was it due to the incest content (cousins, aunt/niece)?
The Anabolic VHS version seems pretty complete to me (insofar as the storyline is involved), but there are a couple of things that were not clear to me:
(1) either the Simona character was intended to be younger and director Max was unable to cast a younger actress in that role. Or it might explain why the aunt was impeding her from fully getting at her inheritance (was she supposed to be a minor?), and she needed to be "disposed of". But if Simona could not get full access to her inheritance, where did she get the money (supposedly 20 milllion lire) to pay off those goons?
(2) and the whole business of her being virginal right up to the end of the movie. What was the purpose of continuously stressing that?
(3) IAFD in their notes to the film indicates that there was an additional character of "Angela" played by Dina Pearl. Who is she and how does she fit into the storyline?

3) Dina isn't in my version; I'm surprised that she isn't in your [seemingly
otherwise complete] version either. In mine at least your scenes 5-8 are missing
[possibly more], so it's hard to grasp the plot, especially with my very basic
Italian : -)

No, I don't expect Hitchcock dramas with masterful writing, acting, editing, but at least cover the basics:
(1) at the reading of the will at the beginning of the movie you have a notary (played by director Luca Damiano) sitting in a room with Simona, two witnesses of a will written in 1992, an old man with white hair and dark glasses, who is described as being the deceased's old professor. The deceased leaves to her cousin Gianfranco Romagnoli (who curiously is not present at the reading) her old car, to her old professor all her books, and to her adored niece Simona Valli (they couldn't even think up a of a fake character's name for her!) all her properties.
(2) why are Simona and "A" who are supposed to be aunt and niece look like they are of the same age? Why does "A" appear to have such a hold on Simona?
(3) When Gianfranco goes to Simona to ask her for money, she says she can't access her inheritance right now (why?), but is a rich woman (how?) and she has credit and will give him the money (how does she have credit, since she just inherited?). But how is she able to get such a large sum of money so quickly, and since she supposedly knows how much those moneylenders want why is it that she does not bring the full sum? Why is she surprised it isn't enough? These two guys are violent so why are they so respectful of her "virginity" and merely just get a brief bj from her?
(4) and the biggest plot hole of all, why is it necessary and expedient to kill off her aunt to quickly get at her inheritance? What was the impediment in her getting the inheritance, and how is she in the way?
(5) and right after she reports the "double homicide" to the police, there is a sort of fade in/fade out/superimposition of her thinking and to the reading of the will. What is it supposed to mean? Was Simona all dreaming about these things/events, or Bellocchio has no idea how to use filmic devices? And the scene with the two "pool boys" means she is now rich and can now live a life of sin andl luxury?

This is a textbook example of why I try to protect the shattered remnants of
what was once my sanity by:
a) watching smut with the sound off;
b) FF-ing from the end of one shag to the next.

"Dallas" long ago taught us that filmic plots don't have to even remotely make
sense : -)

I hardly ever hear the soundtrack in all-sex/gonzo movies, but on the rare occasion (and particularly for euro movies) when there is a plot line, I try to determine the motivation and the reasons behind the pairings.
But Bellocchio must have written the plot to this movie on a paper napkin while munching on a sandwhich.
Did Simona imagine it all (how crazy or outlandish was that?) since the movie begins and ends with the reading of the will, and you see a close-up of Simona sort of daydreaming with a superimposition shot to the next scene? If she dreamt it all, how could she dream of the thugs, the money being paid, and all the rest (how she make it up in a dream?). It makes no sense at all. I would have preferred not having heard the dialogue, since it makes no sense whatsover. The movie runs close to 2 hours, surely enough time to provide a few clues to fill these silly plotholes.
I wonder how the plotline read on the video box cover when the movie was first released in Italy.
