ID Aunt & niece lesbian scene - late 70's?

Hi All,
Im trying to ID a European film (Scandinavian or possibly German) I think it was from the late 70's to the early 80's.
It had a very erotic lesbian scene between a younger and older woman. The younger girl had long straight blonde hair and the older woman (who wasnt that much older) had reddish hair in a long bob.
The film starts with a husband and wife, the husband drives into town to pick up his niece, who he takes home to stay with them.
He shows his niece her room and she settles in. Later the wife goes into the nieces bedroom and catches her masturbating.
The next morning the husband goes to work at the office.
The niece then gets in bed with the wife and the wife falls asleep, the niece very carefully puts her hand up the wifes nightie and begins to fondle her, but the wife wakes up and tells her to stop.
She falls back to sleep but the niece persists and the wife gets turned on and they end up having sex finishing in a 69.
The only other scene I remember is the husband at the office getting a BJ from his secretary who I think was a coloured girl.
