Please note the cover and the faces, they are really identical, mother and daughter for sure.

I don't know the names of the actresses who perform in that film, but I do recognize the mature lady standing behind the younger one (obviously she is the mother). This actress also appears in another 666 production:
"29011 Alles f?r mich!!!"
She does not appear in the sleeve, but I own the video and she has one scene with Betty and a man. Curiously, the number which appears in the video is 28011.
