No it isn't, sorry. I have both DVDs (the Mike Hunter DVD of Covergirls) and they are different films, though Gina Janssen and Eric Falk are in both. I don't think Marlene Myler is in Tanzerinnen, though I've only skimmed through both in the last few minutes so I can't be sure. She is definitely in Covergirls (Nur, wenn ich will!)

As Alec said, these are two different films.

They were probably both maid by Jacques Orth (and I think he cameos in both films), and there is even a stronger cast overlap:
the woman who plays the journalist (?) in T?nzerinnen f?r Tanger, who goes on the search for abducted Helga, she also has a small walk-on part in Covergirls, during Eric Falk's birthday party. This woman might be Josiane Gibert.
