Is the"Full X TV" satellite channel down for good?

The (Dutch?) satellite porn TV station "Full X TV"

that used to broadcast only European porn is down for legal reasons.
It states on their site:
"Suite ? l'Ordonnance du 18/07/06 par le tribunal de commerce de Marseille qui "donne acte ? la Soci?t? Nedersat que son adversaire (NEOTION) estime que le contrat est r?sili?", la soci?t? Nedersat n'est momentan?ment plus enmesure d'assurer la diffusion des cha?nes Full X TV.
Further to a decision (Ordonnance) dated 18/07/06 by the commercial court of Marseille (tribunal de commerce de Marseille) notifying Nedersat that "Neotion considers that the contract between Neotion and Nedersat-Full XTV has been terminated", Nedersat will temporarily be unable to broadcasts Full X TV channels."
Does anyone know if they'll be back any time soon, or can we throw away our Full X cards?!
