Can anyone identify this actress? She looks familiar but I can't recall a name. Thanks in advance to all for any help!!!

Could be, but folks on bgafd and Eurobabeindex indicate it is Dalila (who has an entry at egafd though her picture has little resemblance). Now I'm wondering: what film is the clip I pasted above taken from? I would like to find a movie with her in short hair as pictured in the clip.
