Not sure, but scene could be from "Club Anal" from "Dino's Blue Movie" series (the old series). If that's wrong it looks like a title from Dino respectively DBM.

Eniko isn't in the given cast for Anitagonia [alas, I don't have a copy to hand] but none of the knowns or unknowns listed for it resemble your headshot nearly as much as Eniko.
