After a title called pubta pussies from the early 90s think it was from the maximum perverision label and was in german.

I know of no title with 'Pubta' in it [and I don't think it's a word in ANY of the main European languages] so 'Puszta' seemed like a reasonable guess.
It's been years since I watched it.

I thought you might ask that ! I suspect it's VHS-only, and now out-of-print.
You could try one of the online auction-sites for a second-hand copy.
