[Maximum Perversum]. The 'Arztin' noted in the Your Choice cast is presumably Brigitte Ansai [i.e. the doctor] rather than a proper name.
I have doubts that the blonde Iwana here is the same as the hennaed brunette in Sklaven seiner Herrin. The latter seems bustier [yes, could be an uplift bra], has a broader nose [amongst other facial differences] and seems to have none of the many moles around the neck and shoulders that the blonde Iwana has [could be just an excellent make-up job- albeit one that even extends to the upper arms- but in that case why wouldn't they also have tried to cover up, say, Anita Dark's freckles ? Perhaps they ran out of pan-stick...]. It also seems odd that the hennaed Iwana should play an essentially non-sex role in Sklaven yet do anal and watersports in Gierige. Perhaps the hennaed Iwana should be listed separately as 'Domina Iwana', as she is titled in Sklaven.
Scenes:
