Have you got a head-shot of the tattooed girl?
I think I've got the film with that scene but I haven't finished my J da C notes yet, so unless you want to wait an indefinite time, or someone else knows...

I looked properly at other scenes in the compo, and think the movie is "Fotzen Therapie", remember our recent talk about Eva Angel?

Yes, it's F Therapie.
Alas, my notes for that are a mess.
I can only identify definitely Eva and Zara Lindner. The pissing girl I've found in at least one other title, and the tattooed girl in another.
Eva has grown on me since I've been keeping an eye out for her re Catherine Count :- ) I think she's also the 'clone' in this and she's in another title I've ordered [which may or may not be listed already].

The girl is Aleksadra aka Alexandra Gon?alves, and the film is Fotzen-Therapie.

BTW, there are two different entries for the same film, Fotzen-Therapie and Fotzen Therapie.

So the pissing girl is either Veronica Novotna or Juliana Carovanca.

The pissing gilr in the scene with Juanita da Costa (as Julina Corovanca) is Alexandra Gon?alves (as Alexandra Goncalves).
I that scene Conny Dachs and Alexandra Gon?alves fist Juanita da Costa and Alexandra pisses on Juanita.
