I am much stricter in my descriptions of this act than some others.
Full FTW is when the carpals are completely enclosed in the vagina [i.e. beyond the 'knuckles' you can feel at the sides of the wrist]; 3/4-F is when all but these are in [just below the level of the fleshy base of the thumb]; 1/2-F when the hand is in as far as the knuckles [i.e. most of the thumb and all the fingers are in].
I apply the same criteria in describing anal fisting.
The 'upper' limit for females AFAIK is about 3/4 to the elbow, and for the male anus, of course, a good deal more [shudder]. If anyone knows of a more extreme example of the latter please don't tell me- I don't want even to think about it :- )
