Hey, jj, I found some boxcovers from another DBM title "Game Over" where the cast is identical to Fuck Machine (first I had thought that is the same movie just under other title, but when I have read your description, I decided that's smth different) incl. Glen Karesco. It seems to me that's her small face on frontcover with blue band on her neck:
